DailyHub

DailyHub is one calm page for a single person's whole day: today's open work grouped by project, the habits due this morning, and an inbox that catches everything that does not belong anywhere yet. The Today view greets you with a quick-add box, nudges about what is slipping, and a progress bar that fills as the day gets done. Focus mode pins the projects or tasks that matter and hides the rest until a date you pick or until you clear it, so the full list stops shouting. Projects carry status, due dates, and milestones, wear logos with accent colours derived from them automatically, and raise a banner when work stalls. Habits run on weekday schedules and report back with a 14-day consistency strip and a completion rate, so a streak is something you can see rather than guess. Analytics chart completions over time, break them down per project, and surface the weekday patterns that show when you actually get things done. A command palette jumps to any project, task, habit, or milestone from the keyboard, and light and dark themes keep long planning sessions easy on the eyes. An AI assistant can join through the built-in MCP endpoint: ask what is still open in the inbox, add a task to the website project for Friday, or mark today's workout done. Pomodoist

Pomodoist pairs a task manager with a Pomodoro timer, so the list of what to do and the clock that gets it done live in the same app. Type a task the way you would say it and the quick-add bar sets its priority and estimates its Pomodoros as you type, filing it into the Inbox, Today, or Upcoming views. Plan the week on a calendar, drag cards across a kanban board, spread work along a timeline, or sort it into a four-quadrant priority matrix when everything feels urgent. Start a focus session and the timer tracks intervals against the task at hand, with configurable work and break lengths, while a 3D desktop companion focuses, rests, and celebrates along with you. Share a project and the discussion stays beside the tasks, with comments on shared items and the team's focus time visible next to the work itself. Reports chart weekly focus time, completed tasks, and habit streaks, and voice notes can become task checklists when typing is not an option. An MCP endpoint lets your AI tools manage the same projects after an OAuth sign-in, and optional Google Calendar and Telegram integrations meet the planner where you already are. The self-hosted instance unlocks every feature locally, with your own accounts and one-command backups of the whole database. HabitSync

HabitSync treats habit tracking as a team sport, because willpower alone rarely survives February. Set each habit up the way life actually works: daily, weekly, monthly, on chosen weekdays, or at a custom interval, with a target value to reach or a ceiling to stay under for the habits you are trying to quit. Logging takes one tap, or a long press when today's effort deserves a custom number or a stopwatch. Share a habit with a partner, a sibling, or the whole household and everyone's progress sits side by side, which turns "did you go to the gym" into a question the dashboard answers. Monthly challenges raise the stakes with community voting, leaderboards, and medals for the top performers, while gentle automation watches your back: scheduled reminders when a habit goes unlogged, an alert when your completion slips under a threshold, and a quiet nudge when a friend overtakes you. Years of Loop Habit Tracker history import instead of being abandoned, and the installable web app keeps the streak one tap away on any device. BeaverHabits

No targets, no gamification spiral, no motivational nagging: Beaver Habit Tracker is a self-hosted habit tracker deliberately built without "Goals". The core loop is honest: add habits, check them off each day, watch streaks accumulate on a calendar view. Its design follows behavioral-science basics - make it obvious (visual streak cues), make it attractive (progress is the motivator), make it satisfying (tracking becomes its own reward). Beyond the daily checklist it supports per-day notes intelligently grouped per habit, periodic habits, habit categories and tags, drag-to-reorder (manual or automatic), dark mode, and detailed streak and frequency views. Data lives where you choose: a single SQLite database or flat JSON files on a mounted volume, with JSON export and import for full portability. A REST API opens automation - community integrations already cover Stream Deck buttons, Home Assistant triggers, and CalDAV. The Python app ships as one Docker container with no external dependencies; environment variables tune everything from first day of week and index-page columns to iOS standalone PWA mode, and single-user setups can bypass the login entirely with TRUSTED_LOCAL_EMAIL. BSD-3-Clause licensed with no commercial restrictions - a well-executed single-purpose tool whose mobile PWA works anywhere a browser does.
